The Houston Launch Pad, the applicant for the U. S. Veterans’ Employment and Training Service, Urban and Non-Urban Homeless Veterans’ Reintegration Program (HVRP), was created in 1998 to improve the long term employment opportunities and the overall quality of services provided to veterans only. The organization has focused on providing comprehensive services to veteran with a special emphasis on preparing veterans for productive employment.
